Follow these instructions to get started with your first session:

Use the calendar below to choose a date and time. After you choose a time (pay attention to the AM/PM slider in the time section), you will gain access to the pre-session survey which will help you gain more insight into the shift that's coming for you.
After I receive the survey, I will take a day or two to review it and send you a practice (tailored to you) to do before we meet.
After our meeting, I remain at your service via email and WhatsApp to help with integration and answer questions.
