Relationships are the greatest source of fulfillment, fun, and joy. Yet they are also a place of deep growth and reflection. Most of us were not given the tools needed to navigate the deep intimacy and challenges it brings. Seeking support often gives you the tools you need to allow love to flow into the practical realities, emotional differences, and conflicts you may be navigating.

Instead of punishment and criticism (which most of us unconsciously use when in conflict), you'll learn to use positive reinforcement, appreciation, shared ritual, and consistent practice to help new behaviors take root. As blame gives way to compassionate accountability and you begin to see the unconscious patterns shaping your needs, behaviors, and desires, your relationship becomes a channel for growth, purpose, and shared service to each other and to the world. As you learn to walk at each other's pace, talk openly about fears, desires, and the unknown, you'll find greater and greater emotional and physical intimacy unfolding in your connection.

Relationship trauma (such as abuse or abandonment) or sexual trauma can be especially difficult to navigate as a couple. The pathway to healing is in the extra care and slowness you are able to offer each other. I have personally coped with childhood sexual abuse as well as supported others in their quest for healing, and can help you navigate that.

If you are navigating incompatibilities in any area - love language mismatches, insecure attachment, or constant arguments - I can help you find common ground and learn heart-centered practices that you can implement over time.

My goal is to help you learn the tools you need to create a deeply healing and fulfilling conscious relationship on your own, without the need for long-term therapy. I help you learn the tools you need to see each other clearly, understand how to receive the love you're being offered, rather than pressure each other to change, and access the deepest intimacy, healing, and fulfillment from your relationship.

I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space for whatever relationship paths you are exploring—from monogamy to Ethical Non-Monogamy, relationship anarchy, conscious kink, and other consciously chosen forms of relating.
