I really want to lift up the human species from being 'the worst thing that has ever happened to this planet' (that’s a quote from my daughter). If you want to see a world full of happy people, you have to learn how to have healthy connections, which bring the greatest sense of meaning to our lives; alongside knowing our soul's purpose.
People often ask: “What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?” The simplest way to say it is:
Therapy is primarily about healing and treatment. Coaching is primarily about growth, skills, and forward movement.
In practice, the two can overlap. I begin with a coaching foundation—building communication skills, clear agreements, and a workable plan—because my goal is to empower you to create a life you’re genuinely in love with.
When something deeper is blocking progress, we can also bring in therapeutic-style practices as needed, including regression therapy, somatic movement practices, and guided meditations, to support healing, integration, and forward momentum.
My coaching is empowerment-first. It’s for individuals and couples who want tools, structure, and clear practices—so you can create lasting change in daily life, strengthen your ability to handle everyday stress, and move toward deeper purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
