Internal contraction and fear is at the core of your difficulties in relationship. 

In every connection, at any moment, there is always a part of you or your partner that is contracting and protecting itself. You contract because of old childhood or relationship wounding or because of wounds caused unintentionally by your current partner. 

This contraction prevents you from safely expanding into each other. 

The key to deeper connection is to continuously create bubbles of safety and to move at the pace that the slowest part of you feels safe to go. 

As you help each other heal, more and more of you becomes willing to expand, truly touch each other and share your consciousness, which is the most Divine feeling imaginable.

The opening and expansion that can be experienced in conscious connection also liberates your creativity and affects every area of your life!  

A Bit About Me

Aaran has learned his lessons on love and relationships the old-fashioned way: through both incredibly smooth and easy, as well as very challenging, relationships. From long-term commitments and marriage to polyamory, and from Tantra to Hedonism, Aaran has spent nearly 35 years exploring the question, "What is love?" But his dedication to understanding love and relationships extends beyond personal experience, as he has also studied these topics academically and through the modern social media conversations about gender, the evolution of relationships, spirituality, and philosophy.
 
Born in 1976, Aaran has been devoted to studying the human spirit and mind since the age of 15. He has explored ancient cultures and traditions alongside modern academic approaches. A prolific author and video creator, Aaran has facilitated life-transforming workshops and classes on topics that resonate with you. Aaran is a world-schooling parent (his child calls him the "best papa in the whole world"), he has owned and sold his own business, overcome childhood sexual abuse and substance abuse, and gained extensive first-hand experience in intimacy, love, and relationships in the context of spiritual growth.
 
Aaran is a relationship counselor, intuitive, past-life therapist, ordained priest in a lesser-known Western Mystery School, Deeksha Blessing giver, Reiki Master, detoxification coach, and holds an undergraduate degree with an emphasis in psychology and chemical dependency counseling. Most importantly, he has brought real-life transformation and positivity to thousands of people through his books, classes, and workshops.
